Birorent Srl (tax code and VAT number 04415370271), in the person of the President and pro tempore legal representative, Mr. Tiziano Busin (tax code BSNTZN55A27F013P), with legal and operational headquarters in Via Tarantelli No. 7, 31030 Dosson di Casier (TV), owner of the travel and tourism agency called ‘BIROTRIP’ located in Casier, via Tarantelli n. 7, opened Unipass right practice n. 04415370271-23032021-1614 acquired in the protocols of the Veneto Region n. 133146 of 03.23.21 and n. 230447 of 05.19.21, and communication protocol 0234081 of 05.21.21 of the Veneto Region, hereinafter also only “BIRORENT”‘, in compliance with current regulations, of its customers and all users who visit its website (hereinafter “users”) strictly complies with the regulations of the laws on the protection of personal data, with particular attention to Italian legislation and European legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation n. 2016/679). Only personal data strictly necessary for a better browsing experience are collected within this site. The collected data will be used only by BIRORENT and by companies connected to the BIRORENT group. With the following disclosure we intend to offer you a general overview of how we are committed to guaranteeing the protection of your data, as well as providing you with the necessary information relating to the processing of personal data as governed by art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular the categories of data and the purpose with which BIRORENT acquires the data of users of the website www.birotrip.com and/or BIRORENT authorized customers. This privacy policy is the same applied to all products and services offered by BIRORENT and by the companies of the BIRORENT group that may collect and/or process data.
Acquisition and processing of personal data
BIRORENT has made every effort to ensure that, for navigation within its website, it is not necessary to indicate one’s personal data, except in the case in which it is essential for the fulfillment of a contract stipulated with BIRORENT or for the execution of pre-contractual measures, or to send you information requested by you, (see art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR). All personal data, in particular the e-mail address, name, domicile and possibly date of birth, are acquired only if provided of your own free will, for example for the execution of a contract or an order, for participation in prize games or a survey, for sending informative material or for registering for newsletters or for requesting information. If you do not consent to the sending of such data, it is possible that some functions within the site may be limited, and we will not be able to send you the information or provide you with the services you requested.
BIRORENT does not use any of your non-anonymous data, without your explicit consent, necessary to follow up on your requests.
Transmission of personal data to third parties
Your data will not be given, sold, rented or otherwise transmitted to people and/or companies that have nothing to do with BIRORENT without your authorization. Collection and retention of usage data

Cookies are used by BIRORENT in order to carry out the necessary electronic communication procedures (cf. art. 6 par. 1 letter f GDPR) or where it is necessary for the provision of services requested by customers through our websites (cf. Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR). Furthermore, cookies are only used with the explicit authorization of the user (cf. art. 6 par. 1 letter a GDPR).
When the acquisition and storage of data takes place regularly by means of cookies, this takes place exclusively in anonymous form, in order to not be able to trace the natural person.
