The Birotrip Voucher is a travel document redeemable at the establishment selected on the birotrip.com portal. It is valid for two guests sharing a double room, and includes all the specifics detailed in the hotel card.

On our portal you can buy short stays at selected establishments at a fixed price, but without a set date. It is a holiday voucher that you can use for yourself or give as a gift.

• Select the hotel of your choice.

• Add the number of nights requested to the shopping cart.

  Register or log in with your credentials, accept the “Terms and Conditions” and enter your credit card details to finalise the payment. You will receive an e-mail that includes the confirmation of payment, your invoice and your voucher.

Within 24 hours of completing your order, you will receive an email confirming your payment and providing details of your stay.

The voucher is valid for 36 months, unless otherwise stated in the description of the services included.

You have 14 days from the time of purchase to request a full refund: after 14 days it will no longer be possible to request a refund. The voucher is transferable to third parties, if you cannot use it within 36 months you can give it away or give it as a gift.

Yes, you can check availability by contacting the hotel directly before your purchase, stating in your request that you are purchasing a Birotrip voucher. Rooms are subject to availability. If there is no availability the hotel will suggest alternative dates.

The voucher is not nominal, so you can use it yourself or give it as a gift.

Vouchers can be combined at the discretion of the hotel, so it is advisable to check with the hotel directly before purchasing.

Tourist taxes are not included in the price. If applicable, they must be paid locally

Yes, you can! Voucher holders can benefit of all the hotel’s services (free of charge or for a fee).

The closing and exclusion periods are stated in the voucher. However, we recommend that you check the hotel’s website.
