1. FIND YOUR DREAM HOLIDAY
When happiness is a place! Find the option that suits you best by browsing the menu “Where do you want to go?” or search your preferred type of holiday by selecting Sea, Mountain, Lake, Wellness, City, Sport or Nature. You can also use the search option to directly enter the location, kind of holiday or the name of the hotel. Click on the search icon and start dreaming!
2. CHOOSE THE OPTION YOU LIKE BEST
The website will list numerous offers, at very convenient prices, that you can purchase in the form of vouchers which are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Carefully read the details of the offer, the description of the accommodation facility and the services included. Select the hotel tab to be redirected to the hotel’s website and get further useful information to help you choose.
3. CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT, PURCHASE YOUR VOUCHER AND RECEIVE IT BY EMAIL
Select the number of nights you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
At this point either register* or use your credentials to log in. Accept the “Terms and Conditions” and enter your credit card details to finalise the payment. You can choose between several payment methods: Credit Card and Paypal.
You will receive an e-mail that includes the confirmation of payment, your invoice and your voucher in a pdf format.
* For private customers: enter your personal details into the registration form. Once you have received the email confirming your registration you can access your private area where you can see your orders, special offers, promotions etc..
If you are a business customer, add all the personal data to the registration form, including the company code you have been provided. Once you have received the email confirming your registration you can enter your dedicated area where you can see the prices specifically reserved for you.
4. RESERVATION AND ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL
Once you have completed your purchase, you can contact the hotel directly to reserve your holiday following the instructions provided in the voucher. Remember to have your voucher at hand both at the time of booking and on arrival at the hotel.
5. GIFT VOUCHER OPTION
As Birorent vouchers are not nominal, you can easily give them to anyone you like.
